The housemates must all change an aspect of their behaviour in today's suggestion box task.
Last night, the group were told to write down suggestions for three of their fellow housemates, advising them on how they could become a better cohabitant.
This afternoon, Big Brother called the housemates to the dining table and summoned one housemate to the Diary Room. Volunteer Aisleyne returned brandishing a large box and explained that a suggestion for each housemate had been selected at random. Each member of the group must follow the prescribed instructions for the rest of the day in order to fulfil the advice.
Aisleyne read out the suggestions:
Aisleyne was told to "stop getting her arse out", and to this end must wear the pants provided by Big Brother for the rest of the day.
Glyn was advised to "stop being so bloody Welsh". To this end, he mustn't talk about Wales or wear any clothes relating to the country.
Imogen must refrain from squeezing spots (and use the spot cream provided), as well as use a smacking stick with which to hit Mikey "when he fucks her off".
Lea, not the happiest of people over the past day, was told to keep smiling at all times.
Talkative Mikey was ordered to only speak when spoken to.
Nikki, who has spoken on numerous occasions of her disgust at the air conditioning, must refrain from any form of moaning and must wear the coat provided.
The most controversial instruction was given to Pete, who was informed: "try to shower a bit more because BO is not good."
Richard, whose wandering hands have not gone unnoticed, was forbidden from "playing with himself", and provided with a helpful jock strap and box.
Finally, goody-two-shoes Susie was ordered to "jump in the pool, break some rules, drink some more". She must carry out the first two suggestions, though she must face the consequences for rule-breaking. She was also provided with a bottle of champagne should she be tempted to follow the third.
The group lightheartedly tried to work out who had made which suggestions, Richard being particularly enthusiastic to reveal all of his. However, nobody dared to own up to writing the criticism of Pete.

I missed all that when I was in London!~ I thought BB was particularly cruel last night as Aislyne was obviously genuinely distraught at having to choose between Spiral or Jonathan to be evicted for real without even entering the BB house. I just hope the other housemates are a bit kinder to her considering, though I doubt Nikki or Jayne will be. Lea or Richard to go Friday.........I think I want to see Lea go now.  Anybody else still watching this, or is it just me? ;D |

I'll believe you [thousands wouldn't!]!  ;D Sorry, but Nikki gets on my nerves~mind you she does make me laugh sometimes, but mostly I just want to shake her and tell her to grow up! I'm glad most of them gave Aislyne a nice welcome. Jayne is a first class *itch and I hope she goes ASAP. Lea to go on Friday I hope! |

BB rapper Spiral was exposed as a sex pest – after going too far between the sheets with Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace.
The randy Irishman – real name Glen Coroner – has been flirting with the blonde since they met.
But early yesterday his plan to score with Aisleyne seriously backfired.
He appeared to grope her boobs – causing her to flee the bedroom and try to seek refuge in the diary room.
She begged: "Get me in there quick-time. I beg you. Call me in!" Spiral was left in the doghouse following the incident on the Channel 4 show.
He has made no secret of the fact that he fancies Aisleyne and viewers saw him confess as much to Big Brother last night.
On the highlights show he went into the diary room and said: "I really like her. Do you think I should just go for it?"
Show bosses asked him if he wanted to and he replied: "No comment."
But, hours later, when he decided to put his plan into practice, he over-stepped the line. Spiral tried groping Aisleyne’s breasts when they got into bed together – causing her to erupt in anger and tell him: "Babes, my t*ts are there."
And although he rushed to apologise for his actions, it sent her into a rage.
She fled the bed in tears and tried to escape his advances by calling on Big Brother to get her into the diary room. Shocked Aisleyne, 27, shrieked: "BB can you call me to the diary room, quick-time.
"I beg you. Call me in. S**t, s**t, f**k! Oh my God. F**k."
Stunned Spiral, realising he had upset her, called after her and followed her into the bathroom.
There they tried to hide from the cameras to discuss what had happened.
Spiral, 22, shouted at the cameras: "Will you just f**k off now?"
Then he whispered to her: "I have a question for you. I do feel a bit put out about this."
They rowed in the middle of the bathroom – before finally making their peace.
Later she was joined by pal Pete Bennett, 24, who gave her hug and told her: "You look stressed." He added: "I think I know what I spotted."
Relieved Aisleyne said she now understood what he had gone through having Lisa, Lea and Nikki jumping into his bed.
A show spokesman said last night: "Aisleyne has been to the diary room to discuss her feelings for Spiral."
"She admits they are close and they still are close. They are friends."
Last week there was controversy in Australia’s BB after two male housemates allegedly sexually assaulted a woman contestant.
You got your wish Lyn. Lea went and what a performance. ;D |

Sorry mate I've voted so many times for Nikki to go I've lost count [well about 10 times really]. I think she's had enough to be honest and if she stays in there much longer she will crack up! Who do you want to see leave on Friday? Surely with 12 people still there at the moment BB are going to be having to evict more than one per week? |

So you've had enough of Dicky then have you? He has several silly hats, and I don't think he's confused about his sexuality, he's just a very gay bloke! Glyn didn't do himself any favours in what was shown last night, when he wanted to kill the deformed baby rat. I got so upset to see how upset Pete was over that in the Diary Room!   That lad's a softy when it comes to animals/insects/birds - aww bless him!  |

And talking about being kind to animals.......Nikki's gone! Yippeee!!! I must admit though to laughing quite a bit when Davina was showing Nikki her Tantrums and Best Bits! She'll rake in the money now she's out!  ;D |

 Nikki has confessed that she loves Pete and his tipping him to win the show.
Wannabe footballer's wife Nikki became the seventh housemate to be evicted from the house.
The 24-year-old dancer told host Davina McCall she thought Pete would win, adding: "I love him''.
She said: "He's just the most special person in the whole world because he's got only good in him and he's been through a very difficult life. He's just an amazing character, I love him.''
Earlier she looked shocked as her name was announced.
She said: "I don't want to go'' before bursting into tears and pleading with Big Brother through her microphone.
She said: "Please Big Brother, please, please, I don't want to go.''
