Afternoon, sorry I have not been in touch but I have been ill with the flu. It def. was the the flu and not a cold. I was in bed for 3 days all I had to eat was 2 slices of toast. It was only 5 weeks before I did start with a cold and loads of sneezing that led to really bad coughing. When I got the flu it was the other way round, coughing then the sneezing, still got the cough and when I do cough I get a pain in my groin, I think I have strained a muscle there coughing. It was a bit weird because I was saying to someone that I needed my flu jab but never got round to it in the end. I explained I had never had flu but had an idea it was pretty bad. Well I never want it again, I started last Tuesday and still don't feel right. I have 4 cold sores at the moment which is unusual because I don't normally get them. I think they should take me to the barn and put me down. I have an appoitment Thursday morning witht the doc. I just hope he can give me something that will stop the coughing which in turn will stop the pain.  |

Afternoon, Thanks Lyn., went to the docs. this morning. He gave me some steroids of which I have to take 6 a day at once and some antibiotics. Hoping these will do the trick, fingers crossed you don't catch anything before Chrimbo.
