Coincidentally, Jesus is going on stage at the Manchester M.E.N. to saw a woman in half, pull a rabbit out of a hat and levitate a 'saucy lady in fishnets and basque'. Now there's a good show! ;D N. ;D ;D ;D

At last!!! I went to watch this today. Here's what I reckon... At last... I got round to seeing this today! An absolute cracker - very well done film that's as impressive with it's visual effects ('code breaking' sequences similar to those Ron Howard also used in 'A Beautiful Mind') as it is with the plot. Okay... so it's a long film, but it sticks to the book which is great. And it's got three of my favourite actors in it - Tom Hanks, Sir Ian McKellen and Jean Reno... plus great supporting roles from Alfred Molina, Jurgen Prochnow and Paul Bettany (who is excellent as the 'albino monk' Silas). This is an excellent film for me... I've not been bothered with 'the hype' as I am a fan of the book anyway... but I'm so chuffed with what a good job they made of it! N.
